My favorite food is malasadas.Malasada is a sweet made from fermented dough mixed with flour and yeast, then deep-fried in oil, and is typically eaten sprinkled with powdered suger or cinnamon. It is a sweet that has many similarities with donuts, such as fried dough and sweet seasoning. Because malasadas are fried in oil, they are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, giving them a pleasant, light texture. Malasadas become widely known in Hawaii when Leonard's Bakery started selling them, but malasadas are not actually a sweet that originated in Hawaii. Malasada is a sweet that originated in Portugal.

That is interesting, How did you learn about them?
Hey! Don't forget today's homework. You can do it at home, no need to come to class. Everyone else in class has finished it.
