I live in an apartment called Elegance Kawagoe. Why elegance? My apartment has no elegance at all. English is used in a way that you don't really understand, like in the video. I think the reason why fake English is used instead of Japanese is simply to make it easier to remember. It is more memorable and easier to remember when written in katakana English than when written in kanji.

That might be true! But can Japanese people understand some of these words? I used to live in a place called Vegetable Heights!
